Senidah, born in Ljubljana, Slovenia, has garnered widespread recognition and critical acclaim throughout the former Yugoslavia for her remarkable talent and unique vocal style. Renowned for her distinct vocals and innovative blend of R&B with Balkan folk music, Senidah has carved out a niche for herself in the music industry.Drawing inspiration from influential artists such as Alicia Keys, Chris Brown, Mary J. Blige, and Dino Merlin, Senidah embarked on her musical journey with the release of her debut R&B-influenced single "Pustinjom" (Through a Desert) in February 2011.
Shortly after, she joined the electro soul-pop band Muff as the lead singer, achieving success with their hit single "Naj sije v očeh" (Keep the Glow in the Eye), which was awarded the song of the year in Slovenia.In 2018, Senidah caught the attention of Serbian rappers and producers Reksona and Coby from Bassivity Digital, leading to the re-release of her single "Slađana" to viral success. This marked the beginning of her fruitful collaboration with Bassivity, during which she released hit singles like "Belo" (White) and "4 strane sveta" (4 Sides of the World), featured in the soundtrack of the Serbian film South Wind.Senidah's career continued to soar, earning her accolades such as the Hip-Hop/Rap Song of the Year Award for "Slađana" at the 2019 Music Awards Ceremony. Her collaboration with RAF Comora, "100%", further solidified her success, making history by entering the Official German Charts.Continuing to evolve her sound, Senidah ventured into new musical territories with singles like "Dođi" (Come) featuring Dino Merlin and "Deca techna" (Children of Techno) with producer Cazzafura.
She further expanded her artistic horizons with the release of "Replay" in collaboration with the Italian fashion brand of the same name, showcasing a shift towards jazz-rock.In 2022, Senidah unveiled her sophomore studio album "Za Tebe" (For You) to critical acclaim, marking yet another milestone in her flourishing career.
